Gregory Pray is the owner and president of PAREXO Safety Management Solutions - founded on the simple belief that organizations perform at their best when safety isn’t just a requirement, it’s a culture, a mindset, and a strategic advantage.
As a 20-year U.S. Air Force veteran air traffic controller and over 24 years of experience in various FAA roles from support contractor to executive, Greg brings more than four decades of aviation safety, operational leadership, and global leadership experience to every engagement. His work includes leading enterprise-level Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives and strengthening safety culture across domestic and international operations.
